About Vasile Property

We are a Boutique Property Management Agency servicing Brisbane North and Western Suburbs since 2022 and now expanding to cover most Brisbane suburbs.

When you call Vasile Property, the owner and director, Breanna answers the phone on most occasions. You will deal with her for everything so you can rest assured at every step of the way that nothing is missed or miscommunicated.

Vasile Property isn’t a typical real estate sales business with a property management department. We are a property management business and that is the only focus.

Our portfolio is capped in size.

We have a small and manageable portfolio. We only take properties on board where our values and goals are in line with the property owners’ and we feel that we can do so without affecting the service delivery to existing clients.

Multiple Inspections throughout the week and Sunday inspections by appointment on vacant properties to keep vacancy rates low.

You will get emails at 6am – or even 8pm – We work a flexible work week to fit in with customer needs as well as family commitments.
We approach every Rental advertisement with the same level of attention to detail as a Sales Campaign. To achieve high rental returns requires an adequate advertising budget, we believe in delivering only excellent marketing for properties for lease.

We make sure your property is shown to its full potential.

Wel report on recommended preventative maintenance that has been identified during any routine inspection. This is so that we can address the issue before the need arises for rectification maintenance wherever possible.

We also report to you on any recommended improvements to maintain a good standard of living to your tenants or to increase the value of your property.

For those prospective tenants who just can’t make it – we will book a personal video tour through the rental property.

Another thing you need to check your fine print for is referral commissions or fees for coordinating maintenance.

Most agencies will charge their landlords up to 15% on any maintenance or improvements arranged for them.

We don’t believe in this practice. We charge NO FEES or commissions to coordinate repairs, maintenance, improvements, renovations. This is all part of the job and we love helping our owners with these tasks. We have experience in coordinating renovations and improvements for landlords – FOR FREE.

We also charge no inspection fees or statement fees!

Meet Breanna Vasile

Breanna Vasile - Director pf Vasile Property Group - property management for Brisbane

With over 20 years’ experience in Business before Breanna started her Real estate journey, she brings with her exceptional organisational skills and an ability to proactively manage multiple priorities.

Her integrity and professionalism coupled with her business improvement background underpin the high level of quality service she offers to our clients.

With areas of experience extending from sales, operations, accounting and business development, through to head of department roles, Breanna also brings a wealth of personal experience in being a tenant and Landlord as well as buyer/seller. She has been on every side of a property transaction and can guide our clients through all the steps of the process with confidence.

Her experience to date has inspired her to create and develop a service model not yet available in Property Management.

Providing compassionate and exceptional quality service to both Landlords and Tenants alike is the core foundation of why Vasile Property Group was created.

Breanna is a mother of one teenager – Callum and two active girls – Bella and Gigi.

When not spending time doing copious amounts of laundry or just watching a movie on the couch, she may be spotted around the suburb with a wine in hand chatting to her Mum friends or walking the dogs – Alfie and Luna.

She insists teaching her children the value of giving and being as involved as possible in building strong connections in the local community. Breanna volunteers with running events and fundraisers for the children’s school and volunteering with her daughters Gymnastics Club for fundraising, competitions, and Judging. She will also get involved with as many charities throughout the year as possible.

Despite what may seem like an over scheduled and chaotic lifestyle, Breanna is well supported on the home front by her partner and extended family to ensure that she is always available to our clients and committed to ensuring that managing the tenancy or sale of your rental property is always a top priority.

Honest, enthusiastic and ultimately focused on achieving positive client outcomes, Angela is working behind the scenes to ensure that all compliance requirements are scheduled, and landlord obligations are met.

Angela is dedicated to understanding the individual and unique needs of each client, in return being able to offer a tailored and personalised approach to ensure that your rental property is managed in accordance to your instructions and you are communicated with to the frequency that you prefer.

Her professional disposition, kind nature and passion to achieve a positive outcome, is highly regarded by both investors and tenants alike, and is always at the forefront of her priorities.

With an extensive background in tenancy and administrative management experience, Angela believes that the key to developing successful relationships is to be reliable, transparent and trustworthy.

When not working Angela enjoys spending time with her son and enjoys catching up with friends and laughing over a good meal and beverage.
